Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT- A 30% deposit of the rental rate is required on confirmation of the booking, with the remainder payable no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If bookings are made more than nine months in advance, only a 15% deposit is required, with a further 15% payment three months thereafter and the remainder of the rental fee being payable no later than eight weeks prior to hire. Bookings made within 8 weeks of rental are to be paid in full.
Alterations
If you make any changes to your booking you must inform us in writing. Ever effort will be made to accommodate the changes, however no guarantees can be given.
Change over days are: Thursday and Saturday
Occupancy
The total number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form and should not be more than a total of eight.
Arrival
Access to the villa is after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Upon checking in at the reception, they will be able to advise if earlier access is possible but this should not be expected.
* In the event that early flights are booked, we recommend that you firstly advise reception of your arrival. They are usually able to arrange for luggage to be held until the villa is ready. There are local restaurants and cafes both in the village and on the beach where you can go to relax. Alternatively, there is a communal cafe/bar on the resort by the swimming pool, which serves snacks and drinks.
Departures
The property needs to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to ensure that the maids are able to clean the villa thoroughly for the next guests.
Maid service
Maid service is provided twice weekly, this includes fresh towels and bed linen.
Damages and breakages
A credit card swipe will be taken when checking in at the reception. This is provided as security against any damage caused by yourselves or any guest of yours. This shall include the cost of replacement and/or reinstatement. The voucher will be returned to you upon departure.
Insurance
It is recommended that clients take out independent travel insurance. The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable risks but this does not include your personal belongings.
Management rights reserved
The management reserve the right to terminate any booking if the clients are considered to be a risk to the property and its contents or a threat to nuisance to other guests or residents. Each property on the resort is governed by community rules, which has been put in place to ensure that the standard of the resort is upheld and courtesies applied to others. A copy is available from reception.
